BA Pensions have published new service updates for APS & NAPS
From Monday 10th August, BA Pensions will be able to reopen a limited telephone service (9am to 1pm, Monday to Friday). This has been made possible by sufficient staff volunteering to come into the office. ABAP sends our thanks to them.
Priority needs to be given to supporting APS and NAPS members who are affected by redundancy so we strongly encourage members with less urgent enquiries to continue to refer to the FAQs on the BA Pensions website and to use the “Contact us” form to get in touch.
Bearing in mind today’s headline news about BA staff cuts, BA Pensions are expecting the telephones to be extremely busy, so their administration resources will be extremely stretched for the next few weeks.
