Some mail sent by Royal Mail recorded delivery is taking longer to reach BA Pensions because of delays at the Royal Mail sorting office. If you have posted original certificates using recorded delivery and have not received them back within five working days, please let BA Pensions know using the “contact us form” on the BA Pensions website so they can locate them at the sorting office. You may wish to consider sending your documents by first class mail instead.
